Mrs. Jacki Tegtmeier
Griffin Nation,
I am currently in my 24th year of education. This year is my 8th year of being a part of Diller-Odell Public Schools. I spent my first 16 years teaching at Fairbury Public Schools. Special education has always been a passion of mine, and every year seems to change. But as they say, we all continue learning every day!!
My students and I are getting used to my new name. I recently got married, so I went from a common last name to a longer last name. My husband and I live in a very small town right on the Kansas/Nebraska border. We also farm and have cattle. We enjoy being with our families and spending time with our dog, Indy.
I have two children, Tybor and Tori. Tybor lives in Friend and works for a company out of Seward. He enjoys golfing, working in his yard, grilling, and his two dogs Rusty & Chief. Tori is a junior at Peru State College. She is studying Psychology, planning on going to grad school and becoming a school psychologist.
I am grateful to be part of the Diller-Odell School and Community. |
