My name is Abigail Kostal, and I live on a farm outside of Odell with my husband, Brent. We have three boys: Preston, Austin, and Carson. I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, being outdoors, and cheering on Husker volleyball and football.

I am a proud graduate of Diller-Odell Public Schools. After high school, I attended Southeast Community College, where I earned my Associate of Arts degree. I then attended Peru State College and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I later completed my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Peru State College.

I enjoy living and working in the Diller-Odell community. As a teacher, I have the opportunity to give back to the students and families who helped shape my own educational journey. It is rewarding to guide young learners as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I strive to help children make meaningful connections between what they learn in school and the experiences they encounter in everyday life.

I am excited to partner with families and support each child as they learn, grow, and succeed throughout the school year.
