Motion to retain Board officers: Angie Clifford, President, Adam Engelman, Vice President, and Kasey Murphy Sect/Treas. Passed with a motion by Stuart Vitosh and a second by Adam Engelman.

Alissa Andersen noted that she thought that the officers should be a representation of both wards.  Currently, all the officers are from Ward 1.  Kasey Murphy agreed.  Alissa Andersen noted she has been on different Boards and is ready for office.  The Board will discuss future officer selections at a Board retreat.

Motion to approve committee assignments, and to change curriculum committee to FOCUS committee Passed with a motion by Alissa Andersen and a second by Kasey Murphy.

1.9. Selection of Official Newspaper, Legal Counsel, Repository, Attendance Officer and Federal Programs Director
Motion to retain Fairbury Journal News as the official newspaper, KSB School Law as legal representation, the Heartland Bank of Odell as the official repository, to appoint Superintendent Meyerle as the Attendance Officer and Federal Program Director. Passed with a motion by Kasey Murphy and a second by Adam Engelman.

New wall mats were installed in the old HS gym and LED lights were installed in the HS classrooms over winter break.

Kasey Murphy inquired about having the old trophy case painted.  The Board inquired about having more handicap parking spaces at the new gym area and around the building.

Superintendent Meyerle was not able to attend the meeting. 

The 2024-2025 Annual Report is available on the school website.
