1. Open Meeting
1.1. Roll Call
Gary Stohs notified the Board he would be late for the meeting and his early absence was excused.

2. Instruction and Related Items
2.1. Student Report
Korey Theye gave a student report on recent activities. He noted that the Play Production team was third at Districts, participation in Pioneer Vocal on November 11 and that basketball is underway and both varsity teams are 2-0.
2.2. Principal Report
Gary Stohs arrived at the meeting at 6:42 pm.​​​​​​​
Principal Mezger gave an update on the finalizing of the district's Annual report and the status of MAPS testing.

3.1. Accept resignation of Beth Roelfs from teaching position
Motion to accept the resignation of Beth Roelfs effective at the end of the school year with regrets Passed with a motion by Paul Kostal and a second by Jill Scheele.

​​​​​​​​​Superintendent Meyerle noted that the Fire Marshall would be in the high school for an inspection on December 30.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Superintendent Meyerle gave a review of staff openings. He also noted that filing for Primary Board elections for Ward 2 (old Odell District) is February 18, 2020 for Incumbents and is March 2, 2020 for Non-Incumbents.

7. Board of Education Items
7.1. Review of Superintendent Contract
​​​​​​​​​​The Board reviewed Mr. Meyerle's Superintendent contract. The Contract runs through June, 30 2022. Superintendent Meyerle noted he did not want to extend the contract past 2022, but would be open to rolling it over next December to 2023.
7.2. Committee Reports
The Board reviewed 2020 Committee assignments, discussed the upcoming election of officers for 2020, had a brief report on the recent NASB conference, and discussed getting a proposal from ALICAP on insurance.
The Board discussed having a Special Meeting in January or February as a work session as they have not done in several years.

President Stohs ended the Executive Session and the Board returned to regular session at 7:24pm.

7.4. Approve Teacher Negotiation Agreement with DOEA for 2020-21 and 2021-2022 Motion to approve teacher Negotiation Agreement with the DOEA for 2020-2021 and 2021- 2022 Passed with a motion by Jill Scheele and a second by Paul Kostal.
