2.1. Student Report
Korey Theye presented a student report on activities.​​​​​​​
2.2. Principal Report
Principal Mezger reported on recent conferences he has attended which included one on Middle Level Education and another on Safety and Security. He also reported on MAP data, School Improvement and the recently released AQuESTT information where Diller-Odell Public Schools was rated as "Excellent"​​​​​​​
2.3. Review proposed school calendar for 2020-2021
The Board reviewed an early edition of a 2020-2021 school calendar.​​​​​​​
2.4. Accept resignation of Marilyn Hein from teaching position
Motion to accept resignation of Marilyn Hein from a teaching position effective at the end of the school year. Passed with a motion by Toni Landenberger and a second by Adam Engelman.

The Board congratulates Mrs. Hein on her upcoming retirement and thanks her for her 20 years of service to Diller-Odell Public Schools.​​​​​​​
2.5. Accept resignation of Susan Meyer from teaching position
Motion to accept the resignation of Susan Meyer from her teaching position effective at the end of the school year. Passed with a motion by Paul Kostal and a second by Adam Engelman.

The Board congratulates Mrs. Meyer on her upcoming retirement after 42 years in the education profession, and thanks her for her 40 years of service to Diller Community and Diller-Odell Public Schools.

4.1. Technology Update
Principal Mezger reported on the recently attended Digital Citizenship Symposium.​​​​​​​
4.2. Facility Update
Superintendent Meyerle reported on some final items that need to be completed by Caspers/Sampson to finalize work on the contract. Another tube will be put under the drive by the shop to help with drainage in the west ditch, and the ditch needs to be formed
better. Landscaping with rock and grasses will be completed by Mandy Bruna. Mr. Lister and some ag students are going to work on terracing some areas with stone yet this fall. The bulk of the landscaping will be done in the spring.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Superintendent Meyerle reported on the upcoming School Board conference in Omaha. He also reported that some 3 phase welders were donated to the school by Exmark. The school does not have 3 phase, and the Board discussed the situation and the costs surrounding it.

Toni Landenberger and Angie Clifford reported on negotiations with the DOEA. A second meeting will be scheduled in the coming weeks.​​​​​​​
