Striv Crew Attends Conference at Midland

On Thursday, October 20th many of the Griffin Striv crew were able to attend the EMPOWER 22 Conference that was put on by Striv.  This conference was held on the campus of Midland University in Fremont.  The students listened to Keynote speaker Dee Lanier who is an employee of Samsung and a former teacher talk about effort, ways to solve problems, and Equity/Empathy.  They were then able to attend some breakout sessions that were hosted by Striv employees and some former employees.  There were sessions on following your path, live streaming equipment, broadcasting, and many more.  Lunch was an exciting part of the day as the students learned what it's like to eat in a college cafeteria and have as many plates of food as they liked.  In all, it was a great day and the students brought back ideas on how to make our stream better for the future.
