Watch for fun quotes, activities, facts etc. to raise awareness at our school and in our communities. "Light It Up Blue" is a worldwide effort to create awareness for Autism! There are many ways to participate in "Lighting it Up Blue". We are asking everyone to wear blue on Wednesday, April 1st for our kick off day (April 2nd is the worldwide day for Lighting It Up Blue, so wear blue that day too)! There will also be an order form sent home with the elementary school students to purchase a "Give A Hoot" Autism Awareness shirt that will arrive in April...we are hoping each Monday everyone who purchases one will wear them to support the campaign. Watch for information each week in the newsletter and on the school website!
