Diller-Odell Recognized as a Spotlight School at ESU MTSS Network Days

Diller-Odell Public Schools was recently recognized as a Spotlight School during the Educational Service Unit (ESU) MTSS Network Days! This honor highlights schools that are demonstrating strong implementation of Nebraska’s Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework through effective practices that support all learners.

Our very own Mrs. Hennerberg, with the help of Mrs. Coufal, represented Diller-Odell by presenting a session focused on Data-Based Decision Making. Their presentation, “How a Data Meeting Looks and Sounds,” provided a look inside our district’s process for using student data to guide instruction and intervention decisions.

During the session, they shared how Diller-Odell uses eduCLIMBER to organize and analyze student performance data, making it easier for teachers and support staff to identify trends, monitor progress, and plan targeted supports. Their presentation demonstrated how data meetings are structured, collaborative, and centered around student growth.

We are proud of Mrs. Hennerberg for representing Diller-Odell’s ongoing dedication to using data to help every student succeed!
