JH Boys Basketball Earns 2nd Place
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis past Saturday, December 3rd, the D-O JH Boys Basketball team got 2 nd place in a tournament hosted by Lewiston. In the first round, the boys were matched up with Falls City Sacred Heart. The D-O Boys won that match-up 57-42. In the Championship Game, we had a rematch from earlier in the season with Lewiston. This was a hard-fought game with opportunities by both teams to win, but unfortunately, the shots that the boys were making in the game against FCSH just weren’t going in against Lewiston and the D-O Boys Basketball team came up short losing 24-32 to Lewiston. I’m proud of the way the boys played in the tournament and for their continued work to improve and put themselves in a position to win in each game.
