The absences of Dusty Duis and Kolin Kotas were excused.

2.1. Student Report
No student report was available due to several student activities at the time of the meeting.
2.2. Principal Report
Principal Mezger provided the Board with a written report as he was covering conference volleyball.
2.3. Review school calendar for 2023-2024
Superintendent Meyerle provided the Board an early edition of the 2023-2024 school calendar. The first day of school would be Thursday, August 10, and Superintendent Meyerle prefers to stay aligned with the NSAA calendar. The 2024-2025 NSAA calendar falls back, so the first day of school that year would be August 15.

Superintendent Meyerle outlined several cost saving ideas.

Superintendent Meyerle will secure registration and rooms for Board members at the annual NASB Conference in Omaha. He noted his annual evaluation is in November.
