Hands-On Spelling
Some of our elementary students are using a different approach to spelling this year. Students have incorporated hands-on/makerspace activities to help them learn and study their spelling words. Some of the options they get to choose from include building their words with letter stamped linking cubes or Legos, stamping letters to form spelling words in play-doh, and writing their words in sand with their fingers.
