Junior High Lady Griffins Basketball 2021

The Junior High Lady Griffin’s basketball season has now come to a close.  This year there were sixteen members on the team – evenly split with eight 8^th Graders and eight 7^th Graders.  On the year the A-Team had an overall record of 6 wins and 2 losses.  The B-Team’s record was 2 wins and 1 loss.  Inclement weather played a big part in the scheduling.  Unfortunately, two regular-season games at Sterling and Pawnee City were not played due to snow or cold temperatures. Regardless, both teams played with great effort and determination in every game and improved as the season went on!

The Lady Griffins competed in two tournaments during the season.  In the Lewiston Tournament the girls received a runner-up finish. While in our own Griffin Tournament the girls were crowned champions.  This year the JH Lady Griffins were once again coached by John Mohr and John Denner.
