Music Department Fall Update

We are busy at work at all levels of the music department at Diller-Odell Schools. Thankfully, the members of ensembles have shown great commitment and drive that is a continuation of last year’s progress. The junior high band continues to become more proficient in music skill, and are becoming more independent as players. The high school band is tackling more demanding and daunting musical literature, but they have surmounted the odds and are progressing well. Both groups have had a modest increase in participation, and our continued excellence will only allow for future growth and accomplishment. The high school choir is also doing well with the opportunities it is given, and, despite our size, look forward to producing a high-quality winter program.
