The Board discussed the Americanism requirements of LB 399 and reviewed curriculum material.

2.1. 2019-20 Budget overview
Mr. Meyerle led an overview of the 2019-20 budget. Valuation, and property tax history was discussed. The Board also was given an update on mileage of all school vehicles.
2.2. Pay bills as presented
Motion to approve bills as presented. Passed with a motion by Adam Engelman and a second by Jill Scheele.

President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 7:45pm. The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for 7:30pm, September 9, 2019 at the High School Media Center in Odell. The 2019-20 Budget Hearing and Tax Request Hearing are scheduled for 7:20pm and 7:25pm on September 9. The Board of Education will usually adhere to the sequence of the published agenda, but reserves the right to adjust the order of items if necessary and may elect to amend the agenda as deemed necessary
