Three New Staff Members for 12-13
Diller-Odell Schools will welcome three new teachers at the high school for the 2012-2013 school year.
Mr. Terry Arnold
Physical Science, Life Science 7, Information Tech II, Physics, and helping with School Technology
Hi, my name is Terry Arnold. I am excited to about coming to the Diller-Odell school system to teach science and assist with technology.
I grew up on a farm near Litchfield NE and attended school there. Upon graduation, I attended UNK and graduated in 1993 with my teaching certificate. I then began my teaching career at Deshler NE where I have been for the last 18 years while living in Fairbury. During that time I also completed a Master's in Instructional Technology, graduating in 2008 from UNK. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there while having the opportunity to not only teach, but to coach football, basketball, and track.
I met my wife, Vicki Gregg, and got married in 1997. We have three children. Paige is currently a 7th grader, Ryan is a 5th grader, and Jason is a 1st grader at Fairbury Public Schools. Vicki is a Physician's Assistant and is employed by the Beatrice Medical Center. We look forward to being a part of your community and getting to know you.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching athletic events, hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.
Mrs. Janelle Gegg

Janelle Gegg will be joining the Diller-Odell teaching staff this fall as
the high school Spanish teacher. She has been an educator for eleven years
and has taught Spanish, English and has served as School Librarian. Her

School, Battle Creek Public School and Weeping Water Public School.
She graduated from Doane College with a degree in Spanish and
English/Language Arts. Then she obtained a Master of Education degree in
Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College. Most recently, she completed

sisters and parents. Her father raised cattle but currently manages
