Jefferson County Spelling Bee 2023
On Tuesday, October 10th the Jefferson County Spelling Bee was held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairbury. The junior high competition was held in the morning. The Diller-Odell students did an excellent job taking 3 of the top 10 places. Zach earned a 9th place finish, Nick earned 6th, and Jayna placed 2nd. In the afternoon it was the 5th and 6th graders turn. Valerie earned a 2nd place finish in that division. Congratulations to all of the students who placed and participated.
