You Butter Believe It!
Mr. Nun's Animal Science class has been learning about dairy products, and made butter as a lab to learn about other dairy products besides milk & cheese. When agitating cream, which is high in fat, the fat clumps will stick together forming butter, and leaves buttermilk as a byproduct.
