Diller-Odell Elementary Celebrates Autism Awareness Month
Diller-Odell Elementary celebrated Autism Awareness month on April 22nd. All students were encouraged to wear their Autism Awareness shirts or the color blue. Each grade level learned about Autism and acceptance within their classrooms by reading books and watching informative videos. Some classrooms had a special guest come read to them. Students were able to display their Autism Awareness artwork around the school and enjoy treats throughout the school day. A big THANK YOU goes out to the Booster Club for providing ALL Diller-Odell students with a bag of rainbow Colby Ridge popcorn in support of Autism Awareness!
