Information for Elementary Spring Concert-May 6th

Please join us at the Diller-Odell Elementary Gym as Diller-Odell Elementary Students present a Spring Music Concert.
The concert will be held on Thursday, May 6th @ 6:45 in the gym at Diller-Odell Elementary. Masks will be required for all attendees. Household groups should sit together and stay apart from other household groups as much as possible.
o Where Should Your Student Go Upon Arrival? Students and Families will enter through the southwest door. You will enter the gym and students will wait with their parents until the teacher comes to get them. Students will give their belongings to their families. The students will then line up with their class and teacher outside of the gym. After each group performs, they will return and sit with their household groups.
o The Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade groups will perform between 6:45pm-7:15pm. The gym will then clear out to allow the next group to come in. If you have performers in multiple groups, feel free to stay in the gym.
o The 4th, 5th, and 6th grade groups will perform between 7:30-8:00.
o Where Should I Meet My Student After the Concert? At the conclusion of each group session, all household groups/students should leave by exiting through the south “eagle” door UNLESS they have performers in the next group. In order to keep contact as minimal as possible, please briskly leave at the conclusion of the event.
o What time should my child arrive? Please arrive no later than 6:30pm (for K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) or 7:15 (for 4th, 5th, 6th).
o What Should My Child Wear? Their best outfit. If possible, try to avoid dressing your student in jeans. Otherwise, just look your best.
