Second Grade Saxon Math
The 2nd graders have been busy with our new Saxon Math series. We have a star student of the day and he/she is in charge of completing items on our math meeting board which is then covered with the entire class. The math class consists of fact practice and the introduction of a new concept. Students take assessments every five lessons. The series does a lot of repetition of concepts, so the students will be able to master each concept. Students have math homework most days. The pictures show the students working on a math train attribute game.
