There was an audition in January and the actual event is a day-long rehearsal and concert that takes place at UNK. The event features players from Class D schools all across Nebraska. The Diller-Odell Band will perform at the District Music Contest in Fairbury on April 19th. They will perform for a group of 3 judges and receive a "rating" based on their performance. Additionally, we will have a few students performing solos as well, and they will be similarly assessed. Shortly thereafter, we will have a jh/hs home concert on April 29th @ 7:00 at Odell. This will be followed by an Elementary Concert on May 2nd @ 7:00 at Diller.
