The November minutes will be approved at the next regular Board meeting.

I.d. Accept resignation  

Motion Passed:   To accept resignation of Ron Rickstrew passed with a motion by Paul Kostal and a second by Dean Engelman.

Public comment was received from the following: Michael Meyerle, Gary Stohs, Larry Chambers, Dale Beran, Bernd Hamel, Rick Wallinger, Carol Clark, Shana Rickstrew, Beth Roelfs, Kolin Scheele, Tybor Smith, Jim McCartney, Catherine Renshaw, Amanda McKinney, Andy Adam, and Stacy Schlichtman.

Toni Landenberger stated that her vote would be made with taking total respect for Mr. Rickstrew into account and noted his commendable service.

Motion Passed:  Motion to adjourn passed with a motion by Dean Engelman and a second by Toni Landenberger.

President Stohs adjourned the meeting at 7:20pm.  The next regular Board meeting is December 12, 2016 at 7:30pm in the media center of the elementary in Diller.
