 1. Open Meeting

1.1. Roll Call
The absences of Paul Kostal and Kolin Kotas were excused.

1.2. Recognize the Open Meetings Act information

1.3. Approve minutes of last meeting

2.1. Student Report
Due to Speech Night, there was not a Student Report.

2.2. Diller Foundation Youth Survey results by Tammy Weers
This presentation was rescheduled for the April Board meeting

2.3. Principal Report
Principal Mezger reported to the Board on Spring activities.

2.4. Approve Senior Sneak schedule
Motion to approve Senior Sneak schedule Passed with a motion by Kasey Murphy and a second by Dusty Duis.

3. Personnel Items

3.1. Accept resignation from Jacki Tegtmeier from teaching position effective at the end of the school year.

The Board thanked Mrs. Jacki Tegtmeier for her nine years of service to the School District, and wished her well.

3.2. Approve Principal contract for Dylan Hinrichs for 2024-2025
Motion to approve Principal contract Dylan Hinrichs Passed with a motion by Adam Engelman and a second by Kasey Murphy.

The Board set the administrative contract for Mr. Hinrichs at 195 days with a salary of $85,000.  Mr. Hinrichs will be the full time Principal at the elementary beginning in August of 2024.

3.3. Set Administrative salaries for 2024-2025
Motion Passed with a motion by Dusty Duis and a second by Angie Clifford.

The Board set Superintendent Meyerle's administrative contract at $164,000 for 2024-2025 and Principal Mezger's administrative contract at $118,000 for 2024-2025.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Superintendent Meyerle noted that with Mrs. Tegtmeier moving to the ESU and working with the districts 18-21 year olds at SCC, he did not plan on filling the position at the HS.

Vice President Engelman adjourned the meeting at 7:33pm.  The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 8, at 7pm at the elementary school in Diller.
