Dr. Prososki reported on DIBELS, MAP results and Pre ACT.  He also reported on the Student Discipline report, Special Programs enrollment data and a 2016-2017 testing proposal.

II.c. Review Anti Bullying Policy #5054 and Multicultural Policy #6020  

The Board reviewed the Anti Bullying Policy and the Multicultural Policy.

II.d. Adopt required 2016 Policy Updates as recommended by KSB School Law

Mr. Meyerle reported on finalizing years of carpet updates, and the plan to replace the fence along the ball fields in Diller. He also gave an update on the opening of the fitness facility in Odell.  He hopes it will be open for students by June 20 and for community memberships by about July 8.

Vice President Lottman adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m. The next regular meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., July 11, 2016 at the Elementary School Media Center in Diller.  A public hearing on the Student Fee Policy will be held at 7:20 p.m. and a public hearing on the Parental Involvement Policy will be held at 7:25 p.m.
