Art Club Plans Trip to St. Joseph and Kansas City
On May 12, 2014, DOHS Art Club Members will travel to St. Joseph, MO to visit the Glore Physchiatric Museum. Students will learn about the history and treatments used at the hospital. They will also view works of art created by former patients as therapy. They will also view Native American clothing, beading, pottery, and baskets, Civil War Medicine, and The Black Archives which includes history of Jazz Music. In the afternoon they will go to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO!
