August 27, 2014

 

President Gary Stohs called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and recognized the posted Open Meetings Act document.  Present: Gary Stohs, Chad Lottman, Jill Scheele, Toni Landenberger, Paul Kostal, and Dean Engelman.  Administrator Mike Meyerle was present.  No visitors were present.

Chad L. moved to approve the minutes as presented. Paul K. seconded the motion.  MCU.

Dean E. moved to approve the sale of the 2000 International Bus.  Chad L. seconded the motion.  MCU.

Mr. Meyerle presented an overview of his plans for the 2014-2015 budget.

Paul K. moved to pay bills.  Jill S. seconded the motion.  MCU.

Chad L. moved to adjourn the meeting. Dean E. seconded the motion.  MCU.

President Gary Stohs adjourned the meeting at 7:57 p.m.

The next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., September 10, 2014 at the Elementary Media Center in Diller.  The 2014-2015 Budget Hearing and Tax Request Hearing are scheduled for 7:20 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. on September 10.  The Board of Education will usually adhere to the sequence of the published agenda, but reserves the right to adjust the order of items if necessary and may elect to amend the agenda as deemed necessary.
