Ms. Emmie Noyd
|My name is Emmie Noyd and I am the 3rd grade teacher and the high school assistant volleyball coach. This is my first-year teaching and I love being a griffin! Before I came to Diller-Odell Public Schools, I received my undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. During my time there, my passion for learning grew and I also got to live out my dream of playing college volleyball.
My hometown is Shelby, Nebraska. Growing up in a small town, I got to experience how special it is to have a community that supports you and helps you become who you are supposed to be. The support that I have received from this community and the involvement I see in our students’ education and extracurricular activities is so special to be a part of here at Diller- Odell. In my free time I like to spend it with my friends and family, being outdoors, or watching a good movie. I look forward to making personal connections with each student I have the pleasure of working with and to grow as an educator as my students grow as learners. I am proud to be a Diller-Odell Griffin!
