Diller-Odell Welcomes Carly Vitosh, New Fourth Grade Teacher

Hello,

My name is Carly Vitosh, and I am excited to be the 4th grade teacher at Diller-Odell Public Schools next year! I graduated from Fairbury Jr. Sr. High School in 2008. In 2010, I graduated from Southeast Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, 2012 graduated from Peru State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, and in 2016 graduated from Peru State College with a Masters of Science in Education. My first nine years of teaching were spent at Southern Elementary School teaching upper elementary. I was also the head volleyball coach for nine years and assistant basketball for one year.

I grew up south of Fairbury, Nebraska, with my parents, sister, and brother. In 2019, I married my husband, Blake Vitosh. We have one daughter named Baylor. We live in Odell where he works on his family farm, which is located north of Odell. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Some of my hobbies include playing volleyball, helping out on the farm, spending time outdoors, and watching Husker sports.

I look forward to teaching the students in Diller-Odell Public Schools and watching them grow in and outside of the classroom.
