2.1. Student Report/Speech Report
Allison Engelman provided a student report on recent activities and a report on the spring speech season. The Board congratulated all of the Speech team participants and coaches on a terrific season and wishes the state qualifiers the best of luck.
The Board also congratulated the Girls Basketball team and coaches on their successful season and qualifying for the State Tournament.
2.2. Principal Report
Principal Mezger reported on upcoming NSCAS and MAP assessments, and some fall scheduling.

Superintendent Meyerle reported on roof work on the old gym at the high school, some upcoming painting projects and summer projects.

Superintendent Meyerle had a 2022-2023 class schedule for the Board to review. It is in draft form at this time. He also reported on the spring hiring season and how he was very pleased with the addition of new staff to replace staff that were retiring or pursuing other ventures.

7. Board of Education Items
7.1. Discuss Revisions to Policy 5002.1 "Admission of Students Who Reside Out of the State of Nebraska"
The Board discussed Policy 5002.1 "Admission of Students Who Reside Out of the State of Nebraska." The Board was willing to give Superintendent Meyerle the discretion of picking up students from out of state should the school transportation stay in the state of Nebraska. The Board had no desire to change the tuition terms of the policy.

The Board discussed the upcoming NRCSA conference they will attend.
