Braeden Humphreys gave a student report on recent student activities.

Principal Mezger was not at the meeting and provided the Board a written report.

2.4. Amend school calender for 2020-21
Motion to amend school calendar for 2020-21 Passed with a motion by Adam Engelman and a second by Angie Clifford.

Superintendent Meyerle recommended amending the school calendar for 2020-21. The Board recognizes the extra effort by staff and students this year. Times and instruction have been modified as needed. The staff has taken extra precautions with sanitizing, disinfecting, and wearing masks to keep everyone as safe as possible.
The school calendar will be amended to break for Thanksgiving at the end of a full day of school on Tuesday, November 24. The calendar will also be amended to break for winter break at the end of a full day of school on Friday, December 18.

5.1. Superintendent Report
Superintendent Meyerle noted that the staff viewed Title IX training during the October 30 inservice.
He also noted that the upcoming NASB convention has canceled the in person conference.
Board Committee assignments for 2021 will be available at the December meeting.
5.2. Distribute Annual Financial Report
The AFR was not available yet.
5.3. Discuss Annual Safety Audit
The Board reviewed the the annual safety audit.

7. Board of Education Items
7.1. Committee Reports
The Board congratulated Paul Kostal on his re-election to the Board and congratulated Dusty Duis and Kolin Kotas on their first time election to the Board.
The Board congratulated Coach Hestermann and the volleyball team on winning the class D2 State Championship.
Superintendent Meyerle will look to schedule a Board workshop in February where the Board can look at goals for the next 3-5 years.
7.2. Annual Superintendent evaluation
The Board conducted Superintendent Meyerle's annual evaluation.
