Science Projects
The science classrooms have been busy with projects this year. The exploratory science class has been discussing different types of collisions and are doing many hands-on activities. The chemistry class has just finished talking about osmosis and diffusion. For their lab they tie-dyed shirts, socks, and shorts to display the properties of diffusion. The biology class with help from some of Mr. Lister's Ag students also have the grow towers up and running this year. They currently are growing different types of lettuce and herbs. The class also has an experimental tower running to try their luck at growing corn, green beans, strawberries, and turnips. The class hopes to produce enough produce to help supplement vegetables for school lunches.
