2020 Summer Weight Training for Students

The weight room will be open Monday-Friday from 6:00-8:40 AM for students.

Time Slots:

Odell (8 Students) (5) 40-minute sessions

Diller (4 Students) (4) 40-minute sessions

Monday-Friday

6:00, 6:40, 7:20, 8:00 and 8:40 AM 

 

Once you’re signed up for a time slot you cannot switch or join a different group with out a coaches permission. 

Warm-ups will take place outside unless it is raining and we will have a plan in place that morning. Warm-up, weight training and agility groups are to be separate at all times.

We are looking forward to a productive summer. Take some time and put in the effort to continue to build on the overall success of our programs and yourself as an individual.
