Mrs. Amy Coufal

I am the 7th and 8th grade English and reading teacher. I also help teachers implement technology into their classrooms and am the Speech coach.

This year marks my 13th year in teaching. I began my career in Hanover, Kansas. I taught middle school language arts at St. John's Catholic School for six years and was the 4th/5th combination teacher for one year. In 2006 I started teaching in the 5th and 6th grades at Hanover Public School. I taught there for five years.

I graduated from Kansas State University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree and in 2004 with a master's degree in Classroom Technology.

My family resides in Hanover. My husband Marty is employed by the Fort Riley Fire Department at Ft. Riley, Kansas. We have two children, Cora and Jeron. I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to camp and watch the KSU Wildcats.
