Mrs. Beth Roelfs
I am in my 22nd year of teaching. I am the Elementary Special Education Teacher.
I started my teaching as a 2nd grade teacher for Odell Public Schools. After teaching from 1977 to 1981, I chose to raise my sons Allen and Adam as a stay at home mom. I also supported my husband Dean with our farming operation. I began my graduate degree in 1996 and served as an Ameri Corps member for Blue Valley Community Action from 1997 through 1998 where I received training in school and civil mediation. I served as the Disabilities Coordinator for Blue Valley Community Action Head Start and Early Head Start over their 9 county region in 1999. I was employed by Diller-Odell School in 2000 as the Title I teacher. The following year I began as the Elementary Special Education teacher and Title I Director.
