Diller-Odell A Gets Second at Freeman JH Quiz Bowl
On Monday, March 25th the Diller-Odell JH Quiz Bowl team competed at the Freeman Invite. After 5 rounds of pool the Diller-Odell A team made it as a second seed in the Carolina Division. They won their first two matches to put them into the championship match against Sterling A. It was a hard fought match but the team came up just short taking 2nd place in this bracket. They received a second place certificate for their hard work. Team members were Jason Arnold, Callan McKinney, Ellie Weers, Kate Kostal, and Abby Vater. The B team members were Esequiel Cuevas, Ainsley Hughes, David Parde, Emma Rupprecht, TJ Vitosh, and Elecea Saathoff. Diller-Odell is very proud of both teams. The JH will wrap up their Quiz Bowl season on April 8th at the MUDECUS contest at Southern.
