Hour of Code
PreK-6 students participated in the Hour of Code this week. The Hour of Code emphasizes the basics of computer programming; the activity has became a popular annual event at the elementary school. This year, students in PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade played coding games on their iPads. Second thru Sixth grade students used the website code.org and participated in a Dance Party coding activity. Thank you to Mr. Larsen's high school Digital Literacy students, who assisted the elementary students with the activities.
