II.a. Student Report
A written report was supplied to the Board noting student activities.
II.b. Principal's Report
Dr. Prososki reported on the following:
A Laurel-Concord AdvancED visit he will take part in, ACT results, staff book study, proposing changing the teacher evaluation instrument used at D-O, ACT as a state assessment, Dibels and MAPS testing, enrollment figures, professional growth activities, and an update on safety and security.
II.c. Approve Exception to Policy #5006 Foreign Exchange Program

IV.a. Technology Update
Dr. Prososki reported on the Civil Rights Data Collection, technology repairs and noted the need for the purchase of 50 new laptops for the elementary school. The current laptops cannot be updated anymore and are causing issues when students take state assessments.
IV.b. Facility Update
Mr. Meyerle shared the architect’s plan for a fitness center/football locker room building in Diller. He will have it on the October agenda for the Board to approve the project being published for bids.

Mr. Meyerle noted a good start to the school year, and noted that very good people work at D-O.
