Mr. Prososki reported on AQuESTT Classification, an update of the automated library system, possibly changing the teacher evaluation instrument and a recent Marzano training he attended.

II.c. Renew softball cooperative with Southern

Mr. Meyerle noted that the track project is complete and paid for. He also noted that architect plans would soon be done for a possible fitness center project in Odell.

 

V. Superintendent Items  

V.a. Superintendent Report  

Mr. Meyerle reported that EHA health insurance rates for 2016-17 would increase 4.9%.  He also noted that if the volleyball team wins on November 12 at the state tournament, there will be no school on November 13, as the game will be in the morning.

V.b. Distribute Annual Financial Report

The Board reviewed the AFR.

V.c. Review Safety Audit  

The Board discussed the annual Safety Audit conducted by Bruce Lang
