Fifth and Sixth Graders Enjoy STOMP
5th & 6th Graders took their annual trip to the Lied Center to see STOMP on Friday, March 6. Prior to the evening performance, they got a tour of Lied Center Building, by Matthew Boring, Education Associate. They also went to Bedient Pipe Organ factory to learn how pipe organs are created. There is a lot of science knowledge required to build a good pipe organ. Following that they returned to the UNL campus to explore the Sheldon Art Museum and walk the campus grounds. After a pizza dinner, we were thoroughly entertained by the energy, rhythms and antics of the STOMP team.
