2012 Jefferson County Spelling Bee

 

On Monday, February 13, ten 5th and 6th graders and nine 7th and 8th graders participated in the Jefferson County Spelling Bee in Fairbury. In the 5th and 6th grade division Stefanie Rosales placed 7th.  In the 7th and 8th grade division Cody Scheele placed 2nd and Theresa Zarybnicky placed 4th.  Cody and Theresa are both eligible to participate in the District Spelling Contest.  Congratulations!

Fifth and Sixth grade participants were:  Kelsay Schlichtman, Camaryn Gydesen, Faith Novotny, Stefanie Rosales, Kirsten Bures, Sarah Stanosheck, Ashley Yocum, Will Stanosheck, Kaleb Rupprecht, Bryston Warren.

Seventh and Eighth participants were:  Corina Lottman, Katie Zarybnicky, Madison Jurgens, Trystan Schroeder, Reese Hennerberg, Theresa Zarybnicky, Katie Schultis, Zach Reiman, and Cody Scheele.
