Seniors were asked to come up with creative ways to explain the process of how a bill becomes law. One group used the steps in conjunction with dressing for up for snow day activities, like sledding. Another group invited distinguish guests, Barbara Bush and Hillary Clinton, to help explain the importance of laws.
