The Vesper Chapter #9 of Beatrice would like to present an Eastern Star Scholarship in the amount of $150 to a graduating senior.
Guidelines:
1 -- The Eastern Star Scholarship should be awarded to the high school senior who best exemplifies good citizenship and high moral character.
2 -- While scholastic standing and parental finances may be considered, neither are the sole criteria in the selection of a recipient.
Deadline: April 25, 2010
