What is your favorite quote/saying? When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, when the road you're trudging seems all uphill, when the funds are low and the debts are high, and you want to smile, but you have to sigh, when care is pressing you down a bit, rest, if you must-- but don't you quit!

"Are there any questions, comments, concerns, issues, problems, or dilemmas?"

Why did you decide to become a teacher?  I enjoy being around students and have a passion for social science subject matter and want to share that with my students.

What classes do you teach? 8th Grade American History, 8th Grade Careers, Geography 100, American Government

What activities do you sponsor?  JH Volleyball, HS Volleyball, JH Track, HS Track, Class of 2015

How long have you been teaching?  At Diller-Odell?  8 years, 3 years

What are your hobbies/interests?  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outside, playing volleyball and teaching our dog Annie new tricks.  I love taking pictures and spending time volunteering for the American Cancer Society by being on the Relay for Life of Washington County.

What is your favorite thing about teaching?  Watching students grow academically and seeing when they are able to connect content to the world around them.

Family?  Ty-husband, Annie-golden retriever, youngest of six children, and born and raised in Hanover, KS
